I then decided to replace our attic stairway.  It was wooden and clumsy and I consulted with Troy on different options.  Again, he did a good job at a fair price.

My next encounter was asking him to do some repair and replacement of facia boards and siding on my mother's home.  What can I say...good work at a fair price. 

Last, but certainly not least was a project at our Church.  He tore out cabinets in two rooms, did some sheet rock repair, plumbing, electrical and painting and custom built one cabinet that we needed for storage that no one had in stock.

In summary, I also want to tell you that I have a son with learning disabilities.  By the end of these projects, Troy allowed him to help on basic duties and was VERY patient with him.  You can't ask for a more patient, honest and dependable person when looking for somebody you can trust.  I admire Troy and consider him a friend.  He is a great man, father and husband and I would hire him again without a second thought."
